Study Genetics
Studies have shown that inherited (genetic) factors play a significant role in Alzheimer’s disease. African Americans and Hispanic/Latinos are more likely to develop Alzheimer's disease than non-Hispanic whites and 40% less likely to be properly diagnosed and treated.
