Study Genetics

Studies have shown that inherited (genetic) factors play a significant role in Alzheimer’s disease. African Americans and Hispanic/Latinos are more likely to develop Alzheimer's disease than non-Hispanic whites and 40% less likely to be properly diagnosed and treated.

Develop A Cure

By participating in research studies, African Americans and Hispanic/Latinos can help scientists understand more about the genetic causes of Alzheimer's disease and ensure that when new treatments are developed, everyone will be able to benefit from these groundbreaking discoveries.
