DAWN at AAIC London 2026

On Wednesday, July 15, Dr. Pericak-Vance co-chaired the session, “Global Population Studies Illuminate Alzheimer’s Disease Biology”, which highlighted findings made possible through DAWN’s global research approach.

 

Dr. Pericak-Vance introduced the session, and several DAWN investigators presented their work, including Dr. Rufus Akinyemi (University of Ibadan, Nigeria), Dr. Nicholas Ray (Columbia University), Dr. Biçag Akgün (presenting on behalf of Dr. Olabode Omotoso, University of Miami), and Dr. Aura Ramirez (University of Miami).
